Shipping Information

The packaging varies based on the number of the articles and the size of the items ordered. If multiple items are ordered, we typically ship in one package. Our standard method is Canada Post Expedited Parcel with padded envelopes for protection of the items.

To determine the cost of shipping to the desired address, please add the desired items into your shopping cart and enter your information in the customer information section. After entering the shipping address, and click the “Continue to shipping method” button. The shipping cost will be calculated and indicated under the subtotal of your purchase before you finalize your purchase.

Pro Dance Shoes ships all orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Pro Dance Shoes processes online orders within 3 business days of order (with some exceptions such as holidays). Large orders with many items may take a few extra days to process. We try our best to process all orders within a timely manner so that you can receive our products quickly, so you may start to dance as soon as you get them!

Pro Dance Shoes is not responsible for any additional delays with shipping due to interruption of services by Canada Post (such as a strike).

With Expedited Parcel by Canada Post, local shipping takes up to 1 day. Regional shipping takes up to 3 days and National shipping takes up to 7 days. A tracking number will be provided by email to the client once the order has been processed. Canada post covers liability up to $100 with no additional cost.

We can not estimate the arrival date of the packages for international orders because the transit time of the carrier for the destination country is unknown to Pro Dance Shoes.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties, tariffs and custom fees which will be charged upon arrival of the parcel. Pro Dance Shoes can not determine or estimate the duty fees, tariffs or custom fees the customer needs to pay up on receiving our products, nor our we responsible for payments of customs, taxes and duty fees. For more information regarding the duties, taxes and customs, please contact your local customs office/postal carrier. Orders that are refused or otherwise returned to Pro Dance Shoes are not eligible for a refund of any shipping or handling fees.
