Thank you for shopping at Pro Dance Shoes. We strive to provide you high-quality footwear and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing on our website.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We value the satisfaction of our customers above all else, and we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of purchase. To initiate the exchange process, please send an email to [email protected] with your request with a clear indication of the model or size you would like to exchange it for, and return the item(s) to us with the receipt(s) . Please note that customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges for the return, and shipping of the exchange items (subject to the shipping price listed in our catalog).

We appreciate your understanding and hope that we can work together to find a satisfactory solution.

We shall proceed with the replacement upon the reception of your returned item only if they are subject to these conditions: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. This means no imprints on insoles or damage or scratches on the surface or bottom of the shoes.

Eligibility for Refunds:

If you notice a manufacturing defect upon receiving the item, you may be eligible for a refund within two weeks of receiving the item. To become eligible for a refund for a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

We shall proceed with the replacement upon receiving your returned item subject to the following conditions: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Customers shall be responsible for ALL shipping charges for returning a defective purchase.

Steps for Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.
  • Please keep in mind the original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • It takes about 10~30 days for us to proceed with the new replacement or refund upon receiving the customer’s returned merchandise(s).
  • We shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused during your return transit. You are recommended to use UPS or Insured Post for return shipments.
  • We shall keep our right to directly credit back to our customer for their refund.
